Sarah is a qualified physiotherapist with 20 years experience both in the NHS and in private practice. She has also worked in a number of practices providing Matwork and Reformer Pilates classes.
Sarah’s passion lies with supporting people to achieve their goals, and finding ways of exercising.
Using her physiotherapy skills and knowledge, Sarah can guide you safely through a Pilates class, whether you are recovering from an injury, managing pain, had surgery, or simply want to enhance your strength and fitness.
